Payment Information

  • Payments are processed through Razorpay.
  • Virat IAS does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, net-banking passwords or other payment instrument credentials.
  • We store only payment references needed for order verification, support, accounting and fraud prevention, such as Razorpay order ID, payment ID, status and signature verification data.

How We Use Information

  • To create and manage customer accounts.
  • To process PDF purchases and grant access after successful payment verification.
  • To provide secure, email-password-protected PDF downloads.
  • To respond to support, counselling and contact requests.
  • To maintain records required for tax, legal, audit, security and payment gateway compliance.

Data Sharing

  • Customer payment processing data may be shared with Razorpay only as required to complete and verify payments.

  • Passwords are stored using secure hashing.
  • Customer PDF downloads are checked against purchase ownership before access is allowed.
