Cancellation and Refund Policy

Virat IAS sells digital PDF products. Because PDF access is delivered instantly after verified payment and the file can be downloaded or copied, refunds are not available once access is granted.

No Refund for Digital PDFs

  • All PDF purchases and combo purchases are final once payment is verified and PDF access is granted.
  • No refund will be provided after a customer receives access to purchased PDFs, even if the customer has not completed studying the material.
  • No refund will be provided after download because digital PDF files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

No Cancellation After Payment

  • Orders for digital PDFs cannot be cancelled after successful payment verification.
  • Customers should review product title, price, question count and combo contents before completing payment.

Exceptions We May Review

  • Duplicate payment for the same order.
  • Payment debited but order not created or PDF access not granted due to a verified technical issue.
  • Incorrect product access caused by a system error and reported before download.

Refund Timeline for Approved Exceptions

  • If Virat IAS approves an exception, the refund will be initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method.
  • Razorpay/bank processing timelines may apply after refund initiation.
  • Approved exception requests are usually reviewed within 5 to 7 working days after receiving complete payment and order details.

How to Raise a Request

  • Email Contact@viratias.com with your registered email address, order number, payment ID, date of payment and issue description.
  • Requests without valid order/payment details may not be processed.
