These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Virat IAS website and purchase of digital PDF question banks and combo offers.

Account Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate registration, billing and contact information.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password.
- Any unauthorized use of an account should be reported to Virat IAS immediately.
Orders and Pricing
- Product prices, discounts and combo prices are shown on the website before checkout.
- The final payable amount is calculated and verified from the Virat IAS database on the server.
- Virat IAS may update product prices, offers and combos at any time, but completed paid orders are not affected.
Payment Terms
- Online payments are processed through Razorpay.
- An order is treated as paid only after successful server-side payment signature verification or verified Razorpay webhook confirmation.
- Virat IAS does not store payment instrument credentials such as card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
Digital PDF Access
- After verified payment, purchased PDFs are made available in the customer dashboard.
- Combo purchases automatically grant access to every PDF included in that combo.
- PDFs are for personal study use only and must not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded elsewhere, copied commercially or redistributed.
Misuse and Account Action
- Virat IAS may suspend access if there is fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized sharing, misuse of PDFs or violation of these terms.
- Customers must not attempt to bypass PDF access controls, download restrictions or website security features.
Limitation
- Virat IAS provides study material and exam-preparation resources but does not guarantee selection, rank, marks or examination outcome.
- Website availability may be affected by maintenance, hosting, payment gateway, network or technical issues.
